AP4 prisas trefaldigt i IPE Real Estate Global Awards 2020

Prestigefyllda IPE Real Estate Global Awards 2020 har prsenterats där AP4 tog hem priser i tre olika kategorier.

I kategorin Gold: Large real estate investor of the year, i kategorin Silver Regional: Nordic countries och i kategorin Silver themed: Indirect Strategy.

Juryns motiveringar till de tre priserna:

Gold: “The objective and approach are both clear and AP4 makes good use of its size to create extra value and valuable partnerships.”

Silver Regional, Nordic countries: “Truly long-term capabilities allow significant allocation to real estate. That has contributed to the high total return and efficiency.”

Silver themed, Indirect strategy: “A clear focus on long-term investment, while the performance is outstanding over the last three years, with 25.5% in 2019.”

AP4 är naturligtvis både hedrad och glad över att fått tre fina utmärkelser för arbetet inom Alternativa investeringar. Det visar också att satsningen att stärka upp enheten de senaste två åren har gett fina resultat, vilket inspirerar och motiverar för fortsatt utvecklingsarbete.

IPE Real Estate Global Awards arrangeras av Investment & Pensions Europe som bevakar pensionsbranschen. Prisutdelningen genomfördes för första gången helt digitalt!
